Smith & Nephew Allevyn™ Cavity Three Dimensional Hydrocellular Dressing is comprised of highly-absorbent, hydrocellular foam chips covered with a nonadherent, wound contact layer that minimizes discomfort and trauma during dressing changes. It maintains a moist wound environment which helps to prevent eschar formation and helps to promote an environment for healing. No fibers or residue remain on wound after exudates are absorbed.
